Organize the travel evidence you already hold
Travel details may be spread across passport pages, visa records, tickets, boarding passes, email confirmations, and personal notes. Immigration Travel Evidence Reconciliation Assistance is a private administrative review of materials you choose to provide. We arrange those details in date order, compare visible names and travel dates across the documents, and mark apparent gaps or inconsistencies for you to review. We do not decide which source is legally authoritative or establish what an official immigration system contains.
The Department of Immigration publishes an application format for people seeking arrival and departure details. The Tribhuvan International Airport Immigration Office also publishes departure information describing immigration checks and travel materials for departures from that airport. These pages can help frame a question or provide context for organizing your own material; they do not confirm that a particular historical record exists or will be disclosed. The airport guidance is specific to its stated departure context and should not be treated as a universal document checklist.
What the review can cover
You can ask us to arrange the travel evidence you hold for a particular trip or period. Depending on what you have, this may include passport identity and travel pages, visa pages, entry or exit stamps, tickets, boarding passes, itinerary emails, or correspondence. We can record dates as shown, distinguish a confirmed date from your estimate, flag details that differ between items, and prepare a short list of questions for you to raise with the Department.
The review is limited to the documents and information you provide. It is not an official search, verification, or certification. A mismatch between two personal documents does not by itself show that an official record is wrong. Likewise, a missing stamp or ticket does not establish that a journey did not take place. We will describe what appears in the materials without filling gaps by guesswork.
A private preparation process
- Describe the trip or period. Tell us which travel dates or movements you want to organize and what you are trying to clarify.
- Choose materials to share. Provide copies or details you already hold and are comfortable sharing. Do not send originals.
- Build a timeline. We place the supplied details in date order and label estimates, unclear entries, and missing information.
- Compare the documents. We note visible differences in names, dates, destinations, or travel references so you can check them against your own knowledge.
- Prepare questions. If an apparent discrepancy may need an official response, we help phrase neutral questions for the Department. The Department’s published application format may be a useful reference when your question concerns arrival or departure details.
- You choose the next step. You decide whether to contact the Department and what to submit. The Department controls any access decision, official response, or further action.
Limits and official decisions
Immigration Services Nepal is a private administrative consultancy, not a government office, notary, or law firm. We have no confidential access to immigration systems and cannot retrieve, issue, certify, authenticate, disclose, or amend government records. We do not provide legal advice or represent that an authority will accept a document, disclose information, or correct a record.
The Department decides whether a record exists, whether it can be accessed or disclosed, what format any response takes, and whether correction or another action is available. Its published page identifies a format for requesting arrival/departure details; ask the Department directly about requirements and any response for your circumstances. Its contact page lists the Department’s phone number and email address.
For a private review, send a brief description of the trip and the type of discrepancy you noticed. Avoid including full passport numbers or identity-document images in your first message. We can explain the scope of the document review before you decide what information to share.

Frequently asked questions
Can you check my travel history in a government system?
No. We have no confidential system access and review only the materials and information you choose to provide.
Does a mismatch mean the official record is wrong?
No. A difference between personal documents is something to review, not proof of an error in an official record. We can help list the discrepancy and prepare a question for the Department.
Can you obtain or correct an arrival or departure record?
We cannot retrieve, issue, disclose, certify, authenticate, or amend official records. The Department decides whether a record exists, what access or response is available, and whether correction is possible.
What should I send for the review?
You may share relevant client-held copies or details, such as passport pages, visas, stamps, tickets, or boarding passes, if available. These are examples for a private review, not an official checklist. Do not send originals.
Will the Department's application format tell me what will happen in my case?
The Department publishes a format for requesting arrival/departure details, but an individual result depends on the Department. Contact it directly for official guidance about your circumstances.
